Continuing the series on Keeping in Step, we move to the book of Romans. We will walk through Romans 6-8 as we dive into the truths of what we need to walk in. Today we learned about how we are dead to sin and alive to Christ.

Finished up the part series in Galatians 5, we looked at liberty that we have in the spirit. The liberty comes from resting in the Spirit, and the fruit is exhibited in our lives as we keep in step and walk with Him. 

Continuing our look in Gal. 5 and covering the other extreme of license when it comes to our walks. We need to be aware of the extremes and the patterns that can be in our life when it comes to the flesh. WE also need to understand when Paul says to walk with the Spirit and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. 

Today we look at the law and how it can be a hindrance to a believer if that is what we are depending on for our justification. We need to be firmly rooted in Christ. 

We continue to look at a believer's life in the Spirit and how our faith is matter of fact, and not conditional. The truth of the gospel should permeate every aspect of our life in order for us to live worthy of the grace that we have received

We continue our look in Ephesians 5 to determine the commands in how we are to walk as believers. In Unity, Holiness, Love and Light.

We begin a look at the passages in Paul's letters that speak about walking with the Spirit or Keeping in Step with the Spirit. The admonishments and encouragements sent to the early churches are things that we can glean from today. 

Today we look a little deeper into who the Holy Spirit is and what he does. Defining the person of the Spirit will help us to understand more through the series of the Spirit -filled life. 

We look at the specific verses that say "This is the will of God" to explore our understandings of what God is, as we see it directly stated by the Word. 

We begin our new series talking about the Spirit-filled life. Looking at how as Christians, we need to walk with the spirit in our life as we grow in maturity and Christ-likeness.
