Today we talk about the last two gifts in the list for 1 Cor. 12, the Gift of Tongues and the Interpretation of Tongues. Both are not exhaustive, but we expand to passages beyond Acts 2 to dive a little deeper into the understanding of Tongues

The ability to distinguish between the spirits, commonly known as the gift of discernment is something much needed in this age of subjective truth. The enemy is hard at work trying to deceive the follower of Christ, to draw them away from Him. We need to continue to improve our walks in order to deepen our understanding and reliance on Him, and not ourselves, or others. 

The gift of prophecy can be controversial as people look to the extreme sides of the gift. But when you look at the purpose that Paul lays out, we find many of us are actually using this gift more than we think, we just may call it something else. 

Continuing in the series on Spiritual Gifts we talk about miracles. Miracles are evidenced all throughout the Bible, and God has used people as a means throughout history to verify his glory and his word. 

Today we explore the gift of healing and what is meant by Paul with this gift. We talk about disagreements and our own apprehensions concerning this gift, while at the same time understanding how healing is rooted in who God is.

Today we explore the gift of faith and what is meant by Paul with this gift. We address common misuses and abuses of the term. And we celebrate the absolute gift of knowing God more and being able to grow in our absolute trust of Him. 

The gift of knowledge is something that God has used through history to reach people. The word of knowledge expresses a truth of God and it is more than just facts and information. It is an encouragement and warning designed to draw people closer to himself. 

The most important date on the church calendar is Resurrection Sunday. Paul said if Jesus was not raised from the dead, then we are still in our sins. It is important to understand the truths of the Christian faith, to guide our faith and as we share the gospel message with those around us. 

We begin Holy week with a reflection on Palm Sunday and why Jesus' entrance was so important to the prophecies believed by the Jews at the time. They are similar to what we look forward to in his second coming. We need to be accessible, prepared and be careful of praises of men. 

Diving into the first gift in 1 Cor. 12, we define and understand wisdom and how it is rooted in God. This is the basis for us to be able to share this gift.
