Today we explore our understandings of the prophet and how to keep that separate from the gift. We look at how they are the mouthpiece of God and crucial for the foundation of the church. 

We look at little deeper at the understanding of the offices as described by Paul in Ephesians. Starting with the office of the apostle, we want to clearly understand the meaning behind the term being used, and how we often will use it for our own understanding. This can impact how we view the office and move forward in His Kingdom. 

Today we have an introductory message on the upcoming series with the Spiritual gifts. We look at each passage with a little annotation and try to get a good context for how we are moving forward

To finish up the advent season, we examine joy within Isaiah 12 and how Jesus is the well to our life and salvation. We rejoice and sing praise to him

This third week of advent we study the consistency of preparing the way for the Lord for the people of God. We prepare ourselves and those around us for his Advent.

Continuing in Isaiah 12 we see the need for thanksgiving to be evident in our life. We are thankful first and foremost for the salvation that has been received.

This advent season we will look at Isaiah 12 to see the hope, joy, praise and love of God in the incarnation. We trust and hope in God to fulfill his promises.  

Part of keeping in step with the Spirit is having our eyes focus on eternity. WE know the race that we are running, and it will not always be easy. We experience suffering in this life, but it will not be worth comparing to the glory to come. Our hope in God who promised to glorify us and we are certain that it will happen. 

Today we break down what it means to live within the truth of a believer no longer being under condemnation and how we can walk not burdened by sin and guilt. Those who are in him rejoice at the grace received. 

Looking at Romans 7 we see Paul teach about the dangers of treating the law and law keeping as a means for sanctification. Paul details how to treat the sin nature that we have alongside the freedoms we experience in Christ and the battle that rages for a believer who encounters the cycles of guilt and shame.
